INTCO Welcomes 600+ University Students: 2025 Corporate Open Day Series Successfully Concludes
Immersive Visits: Firsthand Experience of INTCO’s Strength
Throughout the year, INTCO Medical and INTCO Recycling opened their facilities in Zibo, Qingzhou, Huaibei, Anqing, Jiujiang, Zhenjiang, Shanghai, and other major bases to university groups.
Students and teachers toured office areas, automated production workshops, R&D centers, as well as living facilities such as dormitories and cafeterias. They observed high-speed automated production lines, intelligent logistics systems, and clean, efficient processes—gaining direct insight into INTCO’s investments and achievements in digital transformation, information systems, and green manufacturing.
The youthful workplace atmosphere and well-equipped living amenities—ranging from cozy dining spaces to gyms and screening rooms—left strong impressions. Many students remarked that the visit “surpassed expectations” and “reshaped their perception of what a large manufacturing enterprise can be.”
During the tours, INTCO teams introduced the company’s development history, core businesses, global strategy, and innovation progress, offering visitors a comprehensive understanding of INTCO Medical and INTCO Recycling’s leadership in medical health and resource recovery industries.
Alumni Sharing: Clear, Visible Career Growth Paths
During alumni sharing sessions, INTCO graduates from different departments and career stages offered candid reflections on their professional journeys. They described key growth milestones—from adapting to workplace environments to developing into independent project owners or hybrid technical-management talents.
The open interaction encouraged lively discussions, with students raising numerous questions. Many expressed stronger interest in INTCO’s career opportunities and submitted resumes immediately after the session.
High Recognition From Universities: A Visit With Real Value
Faculty members from participating universities noted that witnessing INTCO’s production capabilities, management systems, and talent development environment firsthand significantly deepened their understanding of the company. Many stated that INTCO’s transparent culture, structured training programs, and modern operations make it a “high-quality employer” they are eager to recommend to students.
They also emphasized that the visit helped them better understand enterprise talent needs—valuable input for curriculum design, career guidance, and internship planning—laying a solid foundation for future university–enterprise collaboration.
Students shared similar positive feedback, commenting that on-site visits provide far more authenticity and clarity than traditional lectures. Many stated that the tour allowed them to “see what their future workplace might truly look like.”
Upgraded Collaboration: University Employment Practice Bases Launched
In 2025, INTCO established “University Student Employment Practice Bases” with nearly 10 institutions, including Anhui University, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and Anhui University of Technology.
These agreements mark a shift from introductory visits to deeper, base-level cooperation. Both sides will collaborate more closely on customized training programs, employment pathways, and internship opportunities, providing students with more structured, long-term career development support.
Continuous Openness: INTCO’s Talent Strategy Accelerates
Looking ahead, INTCO will continue advancing its nationwide Corporate Open Day initiatives with greater openness, richer content, and more professional engagement. At the same time, INTCO will further strengthen its employer brand, attract more high-potential young talent, and work together to shape the future backbone of China’s manufacturing industry.
