INTCO Launches 2025 YOUNG Program: 600+ Graduates Embark on Career Journey

    On July 2, 2025, INTCO Medical officially launched its 2025 YOUNG Program. More than 600 fresh graduates from across China gathered at the company’s two major bases in Zibo, Shandong, and Huaibei, Anhui, beginning a new chapter as they start their first full-time jobs.
    With the theme “To Be a Better Self”, the program aims to help young professionals transition into the workplace, enhance their skills, and create personal and professional value.
     

    Special Sharing from a Former YOUNG Graduate

    During the launch ceremony, Ms. Tian Tingting, INTCO’s Head of Human Resources, delivered an inspiring talk in her “dual role” — as both the HR leader and a former YOUNG participant from 16 years ago.
    She shared the vision behind the program and her personal transformation journey from a new graduate to an executive. She offered three key pieces of advice to the new trainees:
    1. Shift Your Mindset: Embrace the transition from student to professional.
    2. Adopt a Positive Work Attitude: Step out of your comfort zone, welcome change, and grow.
    3. Emphasize Teamwork: Work collaboratively and support others to succeed.
    She encouraged the graduates to face challenges with confidence and use INTCO’s platform to become the best version of themselves.

    The INTCO YOUNG Program is a structured three-year talent development initiative designed for university graduates. It includes three progressive stages:
    1. Integration and Learning
    2. Departmental Skill Building

    The program focuses on five core goals: cultural integration, professional development, team spirit, advanced training, and leadership growth. It nurtures well-rounded professionals by developing their knowledge, capabilities, character, and potential.
